Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all custom golf simulator panels, custom-cut materials, and special-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos, order details, and a description of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, arrange for repair, replacement, or resolution at our discretion.

Custom Item Policy Summary

• Custom panels and custom-cut items cannot be returned or refunded

• Cancellations are only accepted before production begins

• Damage claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery

• Customer is responsible for verifying dimensions, quantities, and specifications prior to ordering

• Normal wear, misuse, or installation damage is not covered

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged in transit:

• Save all packaging and materials

• Photograph the product and packaging

• Email us at orders@premiersims.com within 5 business days of delivery of your order

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you are taken care of.

All Premier Sims custom golf simulator panels are made to order. Production times may vary based on order size, materials, and current workload.

Production & Lead Times

• Standard production: Typically 2–4 weeks

• Large orders or specialty materials may require additional time

• Lead time begins once payment and final specifications are confirmed

We will provide estimated delivery windows at time of purchase and notify you once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

Custom panels ship via Freight or Ground Carrier depending on size and quantity.
We take every precaution to ensure safe transit, including protective packaging, edge guarding, and palletization when necessary.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

• Order size/weight

• Destination

• Freight class & carrier rates

Local pickup in Scottsdale, Arizona may be available upon request.

Delivery & Receiving

Please inspect all items upon delivery.

If there is visible damage:

• Note it with the driver/carrier before signing

• Photograph the damage and packaging

• Contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a claim or replacement

Failure to document damage at delivery may affect eligibility for carrier claims.
